CANCELLATION POLICY: � Cancellation insurance, available for $20, guarantees a refund of all but the $55 registration fees ($60 for mail-in) (the insurance and registration fees), if you cancel classes/events up to May 31 2016. Insurance must be purchased when registering. If you have the insurance and wish to cancel, you must notify the registrar before May 31 2016. No refunds will be made for cancellations after that date. Without Insurance, you must cancel on or before April 30, 2016 to be refunded all but the $35 registration fee ($40 mail-in). If you cancel between May 1 and May 31 2016, 50% of the total fees paid will be refunded. There will be no refunds for cancellations after May 31 2016. Please allow up to 60 days for refund processing

LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT: To the maximum extent of the law, your participation, including that of any minors accompanying you, in any Vermont Quilt Festival classes,lectures, or events, paid or gratis, is conditional on your agreement to indemnify the Festival, its employeess, volunteers, and associated contractors from all liability. This includes agreeing to never make any claim regarding harm to persons or property, loss, or injury to you or any accompanying minors, against the Vermont Quilt Festival Inc., its employees, volunteers and contractors for any reason.

PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT: Quilt photos taken at VQF are for personal enjoyment only. Photos may not be used or reproduced for any commercial purposes. If you post your photos to your personal website, you must include appropriate artist credit and note where the photos were taken. By checking this box you agree to the liability waiver and indemnification and photography agreements stated above. Your registration will not be processed without this box being checked.
