Volunteers make VQF a Success!

Check back here Spring 2021 for volunteer sign-up information. Volunteer sign-up will begin May 1st, 2021. 

At that time, you will fill out the online volunteer survey form and indicate preferences such as: date / time availability, total number of hours desired, special needs, etc. NOTE:  If you plan to take classes, please register and await class confirmation(s) prior to completing the volunteer survey form on or after May 1st.  

We sincerely apologize that 2019 volunteers won't be able to benefit from early class registration in 2020 due to show cancellation from the Coronavirus. However, we hope extending this benefit to you again in 2021 will be the next best thing! Current volunteers will be rolled over to 2021 and will receive all the same volunteer benefits for the 2021 show year, including Priority or Senior Volunteer Registration. 

It is thanks to our hundreds of generous volunteers that VQF runs so efficiently.

Volunteers fill many diverse and critical jobs, include helping with event setup and cleanup, ticket sales, information booth management, and so much more!

To thank its volunteers, VQF offers special free souvenir pins and the most coveted perk of volunteering – earning priority registration.

In exchange for four or more hours, you will be entitled to sign up for 2021 classes a week before the general public to increase your chances of getting into the classes that you want most! Volunteer 20+ hours and sign up two weeks prior to general registration.
