Merchants Mall

More than 80 vendors offering a great variety of products, await you in our Merchants’ Mall.  Vendors can be found in both Miller North and Miller South exhibition halls.  Their booths, which will be along the walls as well as in and around the exhibits, will be waiting for you with the best the quilting marketplace has to offer!  Also, don’t forget to visit the VQF Sales Booth in Miller North for your souvenir VQF tee shirts, bags, mugs, and a variety of consignment items including quilts, fabrics, orphan blocks, and more. Consult the Merchants’ Mall maps in your show catalog to easily locate these great companies at the Champlain Valley Expo. Merchants’ Mall hours are:

Thursday--7:30-9:30 p.m.      Friday/ Saturday—9 a.m. to 6 p.m.       Sunday—9 a.m.-3 p.m.

We are especially grateful to the generous vendors (in bold print below) who have sponsored the 2008 Festival with cash, goods, and services.

Vendor Lectures and Demos.

Pick up a new technique, or learn about a new topic courtesy of our Festival vendors.  A variety of 30-minute lectures and demos will be offered during the show from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Sunday. A complete schedule will be posted at Champlain Valley Exposition and in our catalog.

Interested in being a vendor at VQF?

Please snail mail us  recent photos of your booth set upa detailed listing of your product line, a list of some recent shows at which you have vended, a business card, the size booth you are requesting, and the smallest size in which you could set up.  When we receive those things,  we will happily add you to our vendor pool and consider you for any future openings.  Please do not just send us e-mails directing us to your site. We have too many vendors to individually research and print out all their materials for our files.  Be assured that each year, all files are reviewed and the websites of many vendors are visited before we make our final selections for any open slots on the show floor.

Door Prizes Needed!

If you are interested in donating a door prize(s) for the show, we will gladly accept them.  We always announce the name of the company who donated the prize and find that this is a good way to get your name out there.  You may send those in at any time.

Advertise in the 2009 Show Catalog!

A great way to get your name out to the quilting public is by advertising in our show book. The book is given out to approximately more than 10,000 visitors.  If you are interested in advertising in our catalog, please send us an email or phone us at (802) 872-0034. We will be happy to provide the form with rates and specifications.  Advertising deadline for the 2009 Catalog is May 9, 2009.
