Dormitory Rooms Available at  St. Michael's College--2008 Rates

 

Dorms rooms are available for students (who can reserve one on their class registration forms) or Festival visitors (who can obtain registration forms from the office).  The types of rooms available are described below.

Dormitory Single - $45 per person-per day

Economical, traditional style dorm rooms located on the third and fourth floors.  Extra-long twin-sized bed.  Linens not included.  No air-conditioning, shared bathrooms, no elevator.

Dormitory Double - $35 per person-per day

Economical, traditional style dorm rooms located on the third and fourth floors.  Extra-long twin-sized beds.  Linens not included.  No air-conditioning, shared bathrooms, no elevator.

Townhouse Suite - $55 per person – per day  

Townhouses have four single bedrooms and feature spacious living rooms and full kitchens.  Perfect for groups or families that want to stay together.  Extra-long twin sized beds.  Linens not included.  Most suites are two-stories with bedrooms upstairs.  No air-conditioning.  One to two full baths in each townhouse suite depending on number of bedrooms.  There are a limited number of townhouse suites with handicapped accessible bedroom and bath on the first floor for physically challenged registrants only.

Deluxe Air-Conditioned Suites - $68 per person-per day  (TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY)  SOLD OUT!

(Linens included in price)  Cashman Conference Complex.  Air-conditioned residences with private single bedrooms in comfortable four to eight-room suites with a furnished living area, kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave.  Each private bedroom contains a twin bed, desk and dresser.  Coffeemakers and coffee supplies available on each floor.  Cable TV in each suite.  It is NOT necessary to be part of a group of four or eight to stay in one of the suites. Suitemates (and new quilting friends) will be added to make up a full suite!  Activity room on first floor with a big-screen TV.  Elevator and handicap accessible.  One shared full bathroom in each four bedroom suite, two shared full bathrooms in each eight bedroom suite.  Linens and personal toiletries delivered to each room (including sheets, pillow, blanket, bedspread, towel and washcloth) and pre-made bed upon check-in.  Card operated laundry on first floor.  Cards can be purchased from the Conferences and Events Office.
